We accept debit/credit cards and Interac E-transfer (E-transfer is for Canadians ONLY).

Do you provide editable files when the project is complete?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not provide editable files for design services except for the visual identity design (AI file), invoice templates, or proposal decks. Please note we only design in Adobe Creative Cloud softwares.

Do you travel out of the country to work with clients?

Yes, we do travel for videography and photography services! If you're interested in having us work with you outside the country, we are more than willing to accommodate. 
However, please note that the Client is fully responsible for covering all travel accommodations, including hotel, flight, and dinner expenses. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or would like to discuss the details further.
