  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we do offer payment plans for services priced at $500 and above. Feel free to reach out via email at hello@trulyelevatedagency.com with any questions, and we’ll be happy to discuss options that suit your needs.
  • How do I secure my booking?
    A 50% deposit, or full payment for certain services, is required to secure your booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the invoice is paid. If you are interested in a payment plan, the deposit percentage will be discussed and tailored to your needs.
  • Do you offer a 1 logo design service?
    No, we do not offer a standalone "1 logo design" service. At Truly Elevated Agency Inc, we believe that your brand deserves more than just a logo; it deserves a full visual identity. A visual identity encompasses a cohesive and holistic approach to your brand's visual representation, voice, and personality. It includes not only a well-crafted logo but also elements such as color palettes, typography, brand guidelines, and more.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept debit/credit cards and Interac E-transfer (E-transfer is for Canadians ONLY).
  • Do you provide editable files when the project is complete?
    No, we do not provide editable files for design services except for the visual identity design (AI file), invoice templates, or proposal decks. Please note we only design in Adobe Creative Cloud softwares.
  • Can I see the progress of each step?
    To ensure a smooth project experience and timely completion, we’ll reveal the full project proofs once the process is complete and ready for your review. This approach helps us stay focused and deliver our best work for you!
  • Do you travel out of the country to work with clients?
    Yes, we do travel for videography and photography services! If you're interested in having us work with you outside the country, we are more than willing to accommodate. However, please note that the Client is fully responsible for covering all travel accommodations, including hotel, flight, and dinner expenses. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or would like to discuss the details further.
  • Do you offer rush services?
    No, we do not offer rush services. The timeline provided at the beginning of the project is the time required to complete the work to the highest standard. We prioritize quality and attention to detail, and while we understand the urgency of certain projects, we believe in delivering results within the agreed-upon timeline to ensure the best outcome.
