OUR CREATIVE PROCESS

The Steps of Our Creative Endeavor

Our process begins when a potential client reaches out with an inquiry. We promptly respond to acknowledge their interest, gather initial details, and express our enthusiasm for possible collaboration.

1. Client Inquiry

Begin by scheduling a convenient time for our discovery call. During the call, we'll discuss your creative vision, objectives, and any specific needs or preferences you have.

2. Discovery Call

This questionnaire is designed to finalize the specifics of what we discussed during our call. It ensures that all your needs, preferences, and ideas are clearly documented and understood.

3. Questionnaire

Once you complete the questionnaire, we will promptly send you the invoice and agreement for your review. Please take a moment to go through these documents to ensure everything is in order before proceeding.

4. Agreement & Invoice

Once the invoice and agreement are signed and payment is received, the creative process will commence following the timeline outlined for your specific project.

5. Creative Process

After completing the project drafts, we'll provide them for your review. Next, we'll engage in the feedback and revisions process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

6. Feedback

Once the project drafts are approved, we'll proceed to finalize the project. This includes making any necessary adjustments, ensuring all details are accurate, and preparing for final presentation or delivery.

7. Approval

This is a crucial step where we ensure everything is finalized, and all details are squared away. Please note that the final payment for the invoice is due before the final project files are provided. Once the payment is received, we will promptly deliver all the final project files to you. This ensures a smooth closure to our collaboration, with all deliverables securely in your hands.
